What happens if I arrive late? Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure for the safety briefing and paperwork. Late arrivals may result in a reduced rental time without refund, as the slot cannot be extended.

Is fuel included in the price? Yes. Fuel is included in the rental price. There are no additional charges at check-in beyond the refundable deposit.

What is the cancellation policy? Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. You can book online with a 25% deposit and pay the remainder at check-in.

Can I rent multiple jet skis? Yes. You can add multiple units during booking. Group and fleet discounts may be available — contact us directly for groups of 3 or more jet skis.
