Do I need a navigation license?
For excursions (tours), it is not necessary.
The excursions are guided by a professional jet ski instructor in groups of up to 4 jet skis.
To rent a jet ski for a full day or half day, it is necessary to have a nautical license.

Photo ID and booking confirmation (printed or phone).
Swimwear and sun protection. We give you the lifejacket.
Where can I leave my stuff?
You can leave a small backpack in our stand/hut.
In the jet skis there are compartments for small things like cameras, glasses, etc …
Where is the departure from? When do we have to go?
The departure is made from our hut (stand) at the port of San Antonio.
What time must we be at the stand to go out?
It is necessary to be at the departure point 30 minutes before the start of the tour.
You must be at our stand 30 minutes before departure time.
The “check-in” (pre-access control) starts half an hour before departure and closes 10 minutes before departure.
Do we stop during the tour?
Yes. We do a swimming stop by the middle of the tour, at the destination point. You can bring your own snorkel.
Age and health restrictions.
Children under 16 years need to be accompanied by an adult.
The adult will be the driver.
To drive the jet ski, if you are between 16 and 18, you will need a authorization signed by a parent or legal tutor and ID proof.
ID documents to prove age may be required.
Children under 8 years old cannot go on the jet ski.
Riding jet skis is strongly not recommended for pregnant women.
Cancelation policy
You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 48 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good sea conditions. If it’s canceled due to poor sea conditions, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
